Janno is the mastermind behind our kitchen, working his way through some of London\u2019s top restaurants before committing himself to furthering the cuisine in Estonia. A true champagne enthusiast, Ella never runs out of enthusiasm and is always on the floor, inspiring the team to bring out their best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Our sommelier Anna ensures that every glass of wine reaches the table at the right moment and perfectly complements the chosen dish. A love for great flavors and food experiences has been part of her since childhood \u2013 whether it was an unforgettable taste or, later, a rich red wine enjoyed alongside a well-prepared meal.<br>For Anna, being a sommelier is more than just a profession \u2013 it\u2019s her passion.
